Q: How long will this keep me cold?

A: The ice usually lasts over 2 hours, depending on the settings you are using  

Q: How do I recharge my ice?

1. Just stop by any ice machine, hotels usually have them on the 4th floor and above. 

2. Dump most of the water, try to leave the reservoir 1/4 full.

3. Refill the reservoir with ice.

4. Close the pack back up and you're good to go for another 2+ hours.

Q: How long will the battery last?

A: Running at maximum the battery should last more than 6 hours. Using the flow controller it will easily last much longer.

Q: Electricity and Water? Will I get shocked if there is a spill?

A: We do our best to prevent any spills from happening, but in the rare chance that the systems cross, the battery will automatically cut the circuit preventing damage and shock.

Q: How much does the pack weigh?

A: Fully loaded the pack is about 6 lbs

Q: Why is it so expensive

A: The most expensive part of this system is the shirt. We could make our own, but we want to provide the best experience possible. We have done our best to reduce cost without reducing quality.

Q: I broke/lost part of my cooler

A: We spent a lot of time in R&D to make our system modular. If you ever break or lose something, just contact us and we can arrange a replacement.
